Since online teaching has become inevitable in the current pandemic scenario the study aims to understand the self- efficacy and job satisfaction of teachers as they adopt themselves to the new norm. click here Digital competencies of teachers were assed based on certain parameters while trying to understand the self- efficacy beliefs of the teachers in accepting and aligning themselves as per the new requirements. The study uses structured questionnaire which was distributed among 260 teachers working in undergraduate colleges of Navi Mumbai region. The aim of the study was to understand the self-efficacy and job satisfaction of teachers with reference to online teaching which has become imminent in the post pandemic scenario.Keywords: Digital competency, Online teaching, Self efficacy, Job Satisfaction, Technology acceptance model.

Although the ancestors of the Kundu zamindars came to Bengal on the pretext of Bargi invasion , they started living here permanently. Gradually they began to learn Bengali manners and etiquette. Bengali became their mother tongue in a very short time. click here Kundu is a well-known Bengali surname although the real surname of these zamindars was not Kundu. Their real title was Kundan.
