2 | Manuscript Title : The effectiveness of complex prevention of preeclampsia using immunoglobulins Author’s Name : * Gurbanova Jamila1, Shakhbazova Naila2, Hasanova Afat3 Article Type : ORIGINAL RESEARCH ARTICLE Country from : AZERBAIJAN Date of Publication: 05-06-2019 Journal Name : Advance Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Discoveries [ ISSN : 2456-1045 ] Article Identification : Vol. 37.0/Issue-I/Chapter-II/Page – 11-16 [ MAY-2019 EDITION ] Article Code : MDS-V37-I1-C2-MAY2019 Status : Officially published Publisher : International Journal Foundation Download: Full article (Pdf) —————————————————————————————————————————– ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study has been to research the effectiveness of complex prevention of preeclampsia using immunoglobulins. 130 pregnant women with various risk factors for preeclampsia who received various methods of preventing preeclampsia during the gestation period have been examined. Pregnancy outcomes, the frequency and structure of hypertensive disorders, the timing and methods of delivery, as well as the rate of morbidity and mortality in newborns depending on the method of preventive therapy of hypertensive disorders have been studied in the compared groups. click here To assess the relationship between the qualitative characteristics, the Pirson χ2 criterion has been used. The study has found that traditional prophylaxis reduces the development of hypertensive disorders by almost 2 times (p <0.05), preventive therapy with immunocorrection developed by us has been 4 times more effective (p <0.01) when compared with pregnant women who failed to receive preventive treatment. The proposed method has allowed us to prevent severe forms of pathology and such pregnancy complications as intrauterine growth retardation and antenatal foetal death. The frequency of birth of premature babies has decreased 3.3 times compared with patients without treatment and 3 times when compared with pregnant women who received conventional methods of prevention. The overall incidence of newborns has decreased by 1.5 times in the group with conventional treatment compared with pregnant women without treatment and 3 times in the group who received prophylaxis using the new method.

3 | Manuscript Title : The most important talent-attributes in higher education talent-management – by the opinion of Hungarian talent-management administrators/professionals Author’s Name : ** János Szabó1, Dr. György Révész2 Article Type : ORIGINAL RESEARCH ARTICLE Country from : HUNGARY Date of Publication: 05-06-2019 Journal Name : Advance Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Discoveries [ ISSN : 2456-1045 ] Article Identification : Vol. 37.0/Issue-I/Chapter-III/Page – 17-21 [ MAY-2019 EDITION ] Article Code : MDS-V37-I1-C3-MAY2019 Status : Officially published Publisher : International Journal Foundation Download: Full article (Pdf) —————————————————————————————————————————– Abstract : Gifted-education/talent-management in higher education is a less investigated area, comparing with the primary and secondary education. Although, it is a very important topic, because many scientists have already been involved in research work during their university studies.Goal; sample; method: The aim of this research was to explore the opinion of administrators/professionals who manage talent management conceptions (honor programs) in higher education with questionnaire method. The questionnaire measured with Likert-scale how important the talent-attributes are. One aim of this study was to investigate whether the attributes can be fitted into a three/four/five factors model. The other aim was to emerge a ranklist from 73 attributes which describe a gifted child/a scientist/a gifted student. click here Results: Unfortunately, it has been fizzled out, because just the minority (N=30) of the administrators/professionals filled out the questionnaire. Despite of this, the other aim fulfilled: to emerge a ranklist about the importance of talent-attributes by the opinion of administrators/professionals. So, this is an exploratory study. This ranklist shows what the most important attributes are according to opinions of administrators/professionals who care gifted students in higher education. This can be a standpoint for further researches (specialized for one or more attributes) which investigates gifted students. 4 | Manuscript Title : Correlation of Testosterone levels with progression of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis in Males: A Cross-Sectional Study. Author’s Name: Hemangi Sane1, *Ritu Varghese2, Amruta Paranjape3,Reena Jain4,Nandini Gokulchandran5, Prerna Badhe6,Alok Sharma7 Article Type : ORIGINAL RESEARCH ARTICLE Country from : INDIA Date of Publication: 15-06-2019 Journal Name : Advance Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Discoveries [ ISSN : 2456-1045 ] Article Identification : Vol. 37.0/Issue-I/Chapter-IV/Page – 22-27 [ MAY-2019 EDITION ] Article Code : MDS-V37-I1-C4-MAY2019 Status : Officially published Publisher : International Journal Foundation Download: Full article (Pdf) —————————————————————————————————————————– Abstract : The known higher incidence of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) in men and older age suggests a role of sex steroidal hormones in the disease process. Animal models of ALS have shown lower levels of plasma testosterone. Testosterone is known to exert neuroprotective and neurotrophic actions on neurons. click here Our objective was to study the association of total testosterone (TT) levels with disease severity on ALS Functional Rating Scale-Revised (ALS FRS-R) scale and King’s Staging. This cross-sectional study included 64 males with definite/probable ALS. Patients’ morning plasma TT levels were tested, and ALS FRS-R and King’s Staging was marked. Standard score was used to compare the deviation of patients’ TT levels from average TT levels of age matched healthy males. A scatter plot was constructed, and correlation analysis was performed using Spearman’s Rank Correlation. 39/64 patients (60.9 %) had TT levels that were lower by 1/more standard deviation, than age matched average levels in healthy men. There was a statistically significant positive correlation of TT levels with ALS FRS-R (r=.326, p=0.009) and negative correlation with King’s Staging (r=-.312, p=0.012). Thus, with declining function and disease progression, standard scores of TT levels decreased. Maintaining plasma TT levels, as close to age matched average levels, may be explored as an adjuvant therapy in ALS.
